We have been stationed here for 3 1/2 years now and will have to move soon. I?｢どｨび｢m sad that we have to go. This has been an awesome assignment for our family. If you?｢どｨび｢re single then this probably isn?｢どｨび｢t the assignment for you, but if you have a family it doesn?｢どｨび｢t get much better. While the town is very small with little options for shopping, it?｢どｨび｢s not much of a drive to Lawton, Wichita Falls, or OKC. The squadron here is more like a big family, with everyone looking out for each other. The locals are very welcoming as well. Some people have a hard time moving to such a small time, but most love it after they get use to it.

Maybe you want to see if you can do something online?
If you want a bigger town go to: Lawton is 50 miles East of Altus Wichita Falls,TX is 90 miles south East of Altus. Oklahoma city is 2 hours North East of Altus. Dallas is 230 miles South East of Altus.
